CASE STUDY: Molecular diagnostics products & solutions company

Game to promote infection control

A multinational pharma company wished to engage with frontline healthcare providers to educate them about the best practices in infection control and promote antimicrobial stewardship. The preferred approach was gamified, competitive learning.

Target Audience

Health Care Providers

The company’s representatives were in regular contact with senior doctors and consultants in various hospitals.

They wanted to help the hospitals to imbibe the right infection control practices and instil an antimicrobial stewardship approach in the registrars and nurses through a new-age gamified learning route.

We studied the key personality traits of the doctors and nurses. Based on this, we designed a game where the personae had different approaches to solving problems and adhering to protocols.

The players had to either guide a character to follow the best practices or find a lapse in protocol.
