A business software start-up needed an effective and quick way to bring their sales and channel partners on board with relevant knowledge. The product is complex and offers comprehensive features compared to other large business software players in the market, hence continuous, and contextual learning paradigm was essential.
After studying personas of salespeople, their journey map and mapping it with the relevant requirements, we suggested mobile-based learning module incorporated with videos essential for sales knowledge. The learning experience offered quick and easy navigation to desired topics and allowed the user either online access or downloading facility for offline viewing.
